All the Paintings sold by Art Inspirada are sent without frame, please contact us for a quote if you wish us to ship your product with frame.
Delivery
Art Inspirada Galeria is responsible for delivering all works of art, always through well-known companies in the market such as DHL, CTT, UPS or similar, at the discretion of Art Inspirada. We assume all shipping costs and taxes in the country of origin of the products (Portugal). However, we are not responsible for paying extra taxes after the work arrives in the destination country. For deliveries outside the Schengen area, we cannot guarantee that the work will not be held up at customs in the country of destination. This goes beyond our possibilities. Any costs arising from any customs clearance must be borne by the user/buyer.
Delivery time varies from 2 to 15 business days, however it can take up to 30 days for countries outside the Schengen area. The delivery period is counted from the date of shipment of the part and not from the date on which the order was accepted.In case of impossibility of delivery at the indicated address, the user will have the option to cancel the order or indicate an alternative delivery address. If there is no success in the delivery of the work, a new shipment will be subject to the payment of an additional freight.The work must be received personally by the user who made the purchase or by the person indicated by the same. Tracking the delivery of the order can be done through the page of the company contracted by Art Inspirada Galeria, using the link and the tracking code provided to the user.

Shipping Responsibility

Cancellation and Return policy
The user has the right to express regret for the purchase within a period of up to 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the moment of receipt of the product at the indicated address, in accordance with the law on the right to regret (art. 10.º of DL n.º 24/2014, of February 14). The Gallery Art Inspirada will accept the respective return request, bear all the costs involved, arrange for the reversal of the amounts received and eventually collect the product as provided by law. However, refunds will only be completed when Art Inspirada is in possession of the returned product.
The request for withdrawal of the purchase made and the respective acceptance of the same, will only be admitted when formalized in writing through the email artinspiradaoficial@gmail.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the product by the buyer and in the same packaging in that was sent.
Free Resolution Effects
In the event of termination of this contract, you will be reimbursed for payments made, including delivery costs, with the exception of:
a) the delivery costs in case of choosing a shipping method other than the less expensive normal shipping method provided by us;
b) the costs of returning the order as a result of this exercise of the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the return in our warehouses. We make these refunds using the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you do not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.
