The user who intends to use the website’s services must accept the terms, general conditions and all other policies contained therein. The assent to these terms and conditions is essential for the use of the services available on the website.

2. Users’ Duties

The works displayed on the site are available for sale, unless otherwise indicated. If there is any restriction on the delivery of the product, this information will be described on the website. Information about the works will always be available and will be informed on the website in the most complete way possible.The purchase order will only be completed after confirmation via e-mail from Art Inspirada Galeria to the user. Art Inspirada Galeria is responsible for sending the product to the buyer.
4. Value of the Work
The price of works for sale on the site includes taxes (VAT) and fees related to their sale in the country of origin (Portugal).The value of the works is defined by Art Inspirada Galeria together with the artists that make up its collection. Reserving the right to change the prices on the website at any time. If the purchase has already been confirmed, Art Inspirada Galeria, together with the artists, will not be able to change the price already set for that user.
5. Payment Methods
We provide several payment methods to give flexibility to our customers, all the available platforms have their own terms and conditios, to those were split payments apply please be aware that the resolution of payments are made directly with the company you chose to pay.The purchase of works can only be made through the means presented on the site. The eventual non-authorization of the payment by the financial operator will be an obstacle to the conclusion of the business.Promotions and discounts may be created or terminated at the sole discretion of Art Inspirada Galeria, without prior communication to users, however, always respecting the deals already concluded through the purchase confirmation email.
6. Delivery
Art Inspirada Galeria is responsible for delivering all works of art, always through well-known companies in the market such as DHL, CTT, UPS or similar, at the discretion of Art Inspirada Galeria.
We assume all shipping costs and taxes from the country of origin of the products (Portugal). However, we are not responsible for paying extra taxes after the arrival of the work in the destination country.
For deliveries outside the Schengen area, we cannot guarantee that the work will not be stuck at customs in the country of destination. This goes beyond our possibilities. Any costs arising from possible customs clearance must be borne by the user/buyer.
The delivery time varies from 2 to 15 working days, however, it can reach 30 days for countries outside the Schengen area. The delivery period counts from the date of dispatch of the part and not from the date on which the order was accepted.
In the event of impossibility of delivery to the address provided, the user will have the option to cancel the order or indicate an alternative address for delivery. In the event of unsuccessful delivery of the work, a new shipment will be subject to the payment of an additional freight.
The work must be received personally by the user who made the purchase or by a person indicated by him. Tracking the delivery of the order can be done through the page of the company contracted by Art Inspirada Galeria, using the link and the tracking code provided to the user.

7. Shipping
In addition to the responsibility of Art Inspirada Galeria, in case of any malfunction or damage, the company responsible for the shipment, DHL, CTT, UPS or similar, is also entirely responsible for the work, being liable for any damage caused.
All works have insurance in case of damage or loss of the product. In case of identification of damage to the work, the user must immediately contact Art Inspirada Galeria via email: info@artinspirada.com.
Art Inspirada Galeria will duly monitor each stage of the process. We assume all shipping costs and taxes from the country of origin of the products (Portugal). However, we are not responsible for paying extra taxes after the arrival of the work in the destination country.
For deliveries outside the Schengen area, we cannot guarantee that the work will not be stuck at customs in the country of destination. This goes beyond our possibilities. Any costs resulting from a possible removal of the work from customs must be borne by the user/buyer.
8. Return Policy
The user has the right to express regret of the purchase within a period of up to 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the moment of receipt of the product at the indicated address, in accordance with the law on the right to regret (art. 10.º of DL n.º 24/2014, of February 14).
Art Inspirada Galeria will accept the respective return request, bear all the costs involved, arrange for the reversal of the amounts received and eventually collect the product as provided by law. However, refunds will only be completed when Art Inspirada Galeria is in possession of the returned product.
The request for withdrawal of the purchase made and the respective acceptance of the same, will only be admitted when formalized in writing through the email artinspiradaoficial@gmail.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the product by the buyer and in the same packaging in that was sent
9. Other Terms
General Rights
Communications will be made via email. The copyright of the works belongs to their respective creators, the use of the site and the purchase of the work do not entail the purchase of copyright or any other intellectual property right inherent to the work and/or the site.
The user declares that he has fully read the present term and general condition of use of the website, being aware that his registration on the website implies agreement with the conditions established herein.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions of this term implies the suspension and even cancellation of the user’s registration on the Art Inspirada Galeria website, without prejudice to legal communications, including civil and criminal ones.
